South Pasadena, Fl. was once known as Coreytown. However, in 1951 the town was dissolved due the shortage of freeholders to turn out for elections. In 1955 the city of South Pasadena was incorporated with 150 residents and a meeting hall. Today, South Pasadena is the home to less than 6,000 residents, many single family homes, townhouses and an enormous amount of waterfront properties. South Pasadena is situated on Boca Ciega Bay between St. Petersburg and the beach. With this incredible beach front location the real estate opportunities in this small community are never ending. Surrounded by the white sandy beaches, delectable seafood restaurants and excellent shopping choices South Pasadena, Florida offers all the amenities of West Coast Florida living. The city hosts its annual Spring Art Festival and many other cultural and community events regularly.
